Couples therapy with me is about helping both of you feel seen, understood, and less stuck in the patterns that keep repeating. Curiosity is key in my sessions. Curiosity leads to empathy and when you’re more empathetic → you can constructively tackle conflict within the relationship.
I draw from my training in the Gottman Method, along with attachment-based work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help you slow things down, understand what’s really happening underneath the conflict, and learn how to respond to each other in a different way.
You can expect a space that feels supportive and honest. I’ll gently guide the conversation, interrupt unhelpful patterns in real time, and help you reconnect in a way that actually lasts.
