In Person
If you’ve been looking for a therapist in Morris County, welcome to my office in historic downtown Boonton! Just a short walk from my favorite waterfalls at Gracelord Park, the space is peaceful and easy to reach. Free parking is available on-site, so you never have to worry about finding a spot (because that’s a hard no for me!) My office is also conveniently accessible from major highways, including I-287 and Route 202, making your drive as simple as possible. I feel strongly about in-person therapy sessions and aim for making that happen as stress-free as possible.
I personally believe there’s something powerful about sitting together in the same space. You’ll realize quickly that I am not a “how does that make you feel?” therapist. Being able to move around when needed and use the sand tray, paint, drawing, writing, music, etc. really helps with healing. Shared presence, body language, and those quiet moments that don’t always translate through a screen feel very natural and easier to build on week to week.

Hybrid
Who doesn’t like options? I am happy to offer hybrid sessions that meet your needs from week to week. I recommend the first session (or few if possible) be in person to really build on our therapeutic relationship. The beauty of tele-health is that it made sessions more accessible for so many more people. As a mom, I wholeheartedly understand the importance of comfort and convenience. With a little intention and consistency, virtual therapy can be effective. It is incredibly important for this to work that you have a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a phone or laptop with a camera and a microphone.
