  • I mainly work in person but reserve a limited number of virtual sessions on my caseload. I can also offer hybrid sessions for those who would like to come in person and still be virtual when needed.

  • Grief and traumatic loss, victims of sexual abuse, childhood trauma, inner child healing, life transitions, parenting stressors, self esteem, relationship challenges (friends, partners, parents, you name it), first responder families, general low moods, and anxiety. Ages 8+
